Currently Y X? is in the
filming stage. We are going around to all of the
local extreme sports locations and filming the
local riders. We are also
looking for people to be in the movie. We are
looking for any extreme sport but are focusing on
BMX, skateboarding, and Mountain Biking. We have
posted our schedule so if you are interested in

local charity that is yet to be announced. We are

This Monday, January 20, we are
going to Quiet Waters and are inviting you to join
us. We are designating Monday an official
promotion day as we are trying to bring everyone
out regardless of skill, to the mountain biking
trails. It doesn't matter if you've never gone
mountain biking or not, we'll take you on the
trails, show you what it's like and maybe even
give you more of an appreciation of the guys who
race or freestyle ride the trails. If you decide
you like it, we'll even have the video camera so
you'll have a shot at being in the film!

We have secured out seventh
sponsor,
GoneRiding.com. Gone Riding is a mountain bike
race promotion company. They are currently
promoting the Ford No Boundaries Series.
We have also gotten two bands to
agree to have us use their music in the movie.
These bands are Fallen From the Sky, a
local pop-punk band and The Shambles, a
local up and coming rock band. We are also working
on getting several other local bands to agree. We
should confirm with them in the next couple of
weeks.
January 27 -- Barton's
Boosters to be the Charity
Today, J. Logan Production Company
spoke with Wayne Barton, the founder of Barton's
Boosters. It has been decided that Barton's
Boosters will be the charity to which the gross
profit of the movie will go. Mr. Barton even
helped us with a new contact that could become a

January 27 -- Crew Out of
Town
We will be out of town between
Tuesday, January 27th and Friday, January 30th.
This means that all calls and e-mails will be
answered on Friday or Saturday. We are sorry for
an inconvenience and thank you for your patience!
February 20 -- New Sponsors
We now have two more sponsors with
Ramp 48 and The Racer's Edge giving us advertising
help and therefore landing them a spot as a
sponsors. Ramp 48 is also one of our official
filming locations
February 21 -- Another Band
The up and coming rock/punk bandMiles to Go has guaranteed us
their music for the movie. Two of the members,
Scott and Phillip are our official "Music execs"
by helping us with securing bands for our movie's
soundtrack.
January 22 -- Soundtrack
J. Logan Production Company has officially
announced that they will be selling a soundtrack
from the movie on CD. This CD will feature the
local bands whose music will be used the movie.
The CD will be released at the same time as the
movie.
March 9 -- Production Crew
Out Of Town
The production crew will be out of
town for the next three weeks as a result of

officially filmed by

March 31-- Back in Town
The production crew is back in town
and is once again "full steam ahead" with
YX? We will start filming again starting
this coming weekend (Starting with Friday, April
4th). A new filming schedule will be published to
the web within a week.
April 3-- New Bands
Two bands have recently agreed to having their
music in the movie. South Florida bands All
That's Left and The Getback agreed
today to having their music in the movie.
April 7-- Delays
Some items of production have had a slight
delay as you might have noticed. These items
include the building of a new filming schedule. We
apologize for the delay as it is due to the
director of the film, John Logan Pierson being in
a severe bike crash on Friday evening.
April 9-- Protagonist Will
Be In YX?
Today Blackout Records, local band
Protagonist's label agreed to letting
Protagonist's music be used in the movie. Director
John Logan Pierson says, "We've been looking to
get Protagonist to sign on from day 1, this was a
big step". Protagonist is a local band who

Today Director John Logan Pierson secured the
sport of a title sponsor for YX?Toyota of
Stuart is YX?'s official title
sponsor. This is the highest level of sponsorship
and was a very generous and valuable contribution.
In the next several weeks we will be ordering
t-shirts on which Toyota of Stuart will now be

April 24-- YX? Promotional
Trailer Released!!!!
Tonight was the official public release of the
YX? promotional trailer. The trailer was seen by
the public for the first time at Downtown Bicycle
and Club Mud's
Kranked 5 premiere tonight at Cinema Cafe.
The trailer is now available on CD, VHS,
DVD, and online (by e-mail and eventually on
websites).

YX? has two new additions to the band and
sponsorship list. Earlier this week, Simplekill,
a local band agreed to let us use their musical
talents in the film. That bring the band count to
six.
J. Logan Production Company will be "partly"
closed from Tuesday, May 20th to Wed, May 28 due
to the end of school, exams, and other related
events. During this time we will be available by
phone or e-mail but responses will be delayed.
Filming is also temporarily paused until Friday,
May 30th. Thank you for your patience and we look
forward to a summer full of dedication to the
film!
May 30-- Back in Business
We are now back "in the office and studio" and
are working on the movie as hard as we can. We
have meetings scheduled for today as well as all
next week. The movie is really beginning to pick
up its pace. Keep checking back on our site as we

June 7-- New Band
Local pop-punk band Lunchbox has agreed to have
their music used in the movie. This marks our
seventh band.
June 8-- Out of Town
Part of the YX? crew will be going out of town
for the summer. YX? Director John Logan Pierson is
going out to Wyoming to film wildlife and nature
footage for the entire 8 week summer. He will
return in the middle of August. Producers Morgan
McKnought-Smith and Lucas Lantz will also be going
also being going out of town during portions of
the summer. While the crew will be out filming
other locations and for other films, J. Logan
Production Company will remain open. Therefore
contact us at the regular locations and by the
regular means and we will get back to you as soon
as possible. While we will be out of town, it does
not mean we are taking a vacation or are closing
the company.

for YX? was mentioned in today's
Sun-Sentinel newspaper. The article was in the
"Showtime" section of the paper under 'Film Buzz'.
Sorry about such a long delay on updates but the
YX? crew has been feverishly working
on finishing up the music line-up. Bands recently
signed to the film are: Human Factors Lab, Kite
