All footage is due by October 12, 2003. Along with your tape, CD, or other format that you send, please include your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address (if applicable). If you include an e-mail address you will be signed up for the YX? Special Sponsor Update E-mail which includes all the latest insider news on the film. We will e-mail or call you to confirm that we received your footage. Also please print, sign, and include the footage waiver. Click here to download it. If you have not signed this waiver by October 12th your footage cannot be used in the film.

By donating footage you are entered into a contest to win gift packages from Island Water Sports and Club Kuaii. The people who submit the best footage and the most will win the gift packages. No one is guaranteed to win anything.
